Description: The Antigua Guatemala area contains volcanic soils that offer higher levels of minerals in the soil for coffee production. For these benefits, the coffee grown in this area contains the characteristics of more flavor and sweeter aromas, with body and balanced acidity. For a medium roast, we obtain creamy flavors, slightly sweet to caramel, but also to dark chocolates, fruits such as blackberry and raspberry, with a floral touch of jasmine. Complex, structured flavor, notes of forest fruits, jasmine and caramel.
